Here is the text for the Petition...

We, the undersigned do hereby serve notice to all elected and appointed officials, Federal, State, or Local that We, The People, of the United States do hereby affirm the following:

That the Constitution of the United States MUST be held inviolate; and that the rights enumerated therein are sacred and we, The People, will fight to preserve them.

That All Men Are Created Equal, and each regardless of race, creed, or religion have the rights of Life, Liberty, and The Pursuit of Happiness.

That men do NOT have rights to free education, free medical care, free housing, free food, or any other substance or service that requires the labor of other free men to provide. Man must work for his subsistence by producing goods or services, freely marketed.

That Economic Freedom is just as essential as political freedom to free men and women. Therefore, we affirm that The United States of America is a free market country, dependent upon the principles of open and honest commerce, untrammeled by the oppressive, leaden hand of government. We further affirm that rights of Private Property must never be abridged. Man must always have the first claim on the fruits of his labor and that his substance must never be appropriated without the input of his representatives and extreme diligence taken to ensure it is only used for worthy and limited purposes. Governments were established to protect private property, not to abscond with it.

And... That We, The People, do vow and solemnly promise to fight to preserve our rights and property, even against our own established Government, if needs be.

We therefore call on all those chosen to represent us or those appointed to work for us, to join with us to re-establish these principles, or to pay the consequences.
